Civil Litigation:   Since 1989, Attorney Zubkus has been litigating civil matters throughout the State New Hampshire. The matters have ranged from minor small claims cases in the District Courts to complex actions in Superior Court against the State of New Hampshire and large corporations. He has successfully brought to resolution many personal injury claims, including one of $500,000.00.

Landlord/Tenant Law:   This office represents several landlords owning, operating or managing large apartment complexes or various apartments throughout the State of New Hampshire. This office often does the entire eviction process for our clients, to include serving the tenants the original eviction notice, to actually delivering the Writ of Possession to the sheriff for service on the tenant. We represent tenants who have been unjustly evicted or who have been harmed by violations of New Hampshire RSA 540-A.

Bankruptcy:   Attorney Zubkus has personally filed hundreds of bankruptcy petitions on behalf of clients since 1989.
