BACKGROUND
Born and educated in Manhattan. Attended New York University, Gonzaga University and Georgetown University Law Center.

Admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of New Hampshire in 1985. Admitted to practice at the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire in 1985. Admitted to practice at the United States Supreme Court in 1985.

Former Military (JAG) Lawyer: Certified Military Trial and Defense Counsel, since 1983.

Member NH Bar Association, Labor Law Section.
AREAS OF PRACTICE

Business Law: Currently representing local businesses and corporations with respect to corporate formation, corporate contracts, corporate litigation, labor litigation, including allegations of discriminatory practices, and wrongful termination. The business lawyer to trust in Dover, Rochester, Wakefield, and the surrounding areas.


Franchise Law: Currently representing franchisees of nationwide franchisors, which representation includes: negotiation of franchise agreements; renewal of franchise agreements; compliance with franchise rules; franchisee employment practices; commercial leases for franchisee locations; compliance with state labor laws.


Employment Law: Representing employers with respect to lawsuits alleging discriminatory practice and wrongful termination. Experienced defending employers against claims of a variety of discriminatory practices and wrongful termination litigation, both in New Hampshire courts and with administrative agencies including the New Hampshire Human Rights Commission and the New Hampshire Department of Labor.


Family Law: Substantial domestic and marital experience including representing clients in approximately 3,000 family law cases in Strafford County and other counties, including so called high conflict divorces, divorces of professionals, divorces where substantial assets are divided. Parenting disputes and other issues related to child custody. Domestic violence defense.


Personal Injury: Representing clients in all aspects of personal injury law including slip and fall, motor vehicle accidents, and assault. Recovered millions of dollars for clients. The largest single jury verdict settlement $900,000.00.


Probate: Representing clients with regard to all aspects of Probate including Wills, estate administration, claims against estate litigation; Office maintains a large will portfolio, including the will of former Law office of Mullaney and Richardson.


Military Law: General and Special Court Martial defense; Administrative Separation; and BCMR.


Real Estate Disputes: Experienced in Superior Court actions related to defects in title, quiet title, boundary line dispute, partition of real estate, and other related title issues.
